My approach to training and education breaks the mold on traditional, outdated methodologies. I use unique and highly effective methods that engage individuals and produce measurable results. When working with my training partners, I commit to analyzing their situation, determining their team's needs, and designing and delivering effective lessons that can be measured in worker safety, team member engagement, and workplace productivity.

I firmly believe that safety is a demonstrated belief, not just a process.
